BES has a team of field based engineers and technicians to support the smooth running of the capital equipment we sell. Supporting this team and the customer is our office based customer service team.
Within the BES Decon division our engineers and technicians provide a range of services including: site surveys, installation, servicing, maintenance, testing, and optimisation.
Our BES Decon engineers test equipment before it is delivered to the site to eliminate any pre-installation problems.
BES Decon can structure a maintenance program around your individual operational needs. Programme can range from ad hoc repair visits to totally inclusive contracts including all parts/labour, periodic maintenance and testing.
BES Decon's Service Engineers are strategically located throughout the UK to respond to your needs as quickly as possible. All BES engineers carry a wide range spare parts within their vehicles these inventories are constantly reviewed to ensure that our Service Engineers achieve a first-time fix.
Validation and Testing
All BES Decon Engineers are City and Guilds 229511 qualified to test Washer/ Disinfectors. Each Test Engineer is fully equipped to carry out IQ, OQ, PQ and periodic testing on demand and at short notice.
